1. Open the glass bottle cap, pull out the floss through the hole on the cap, and screw on the cap
  2. Cut off the floss with the cutter on the cap
  3. Floss up and down around the teeth to remove food residue and plaques
  4. When the floss end up, you can open the cap and replace a new floss roll. Then repeat the above steps.
